We have just updated our second chance business checking account page with a couple of new banks that may allow you to open a second chance business account. Fortunately, most banks run checks on the business tax id and not on the business owner. This means a lot of business owners with past credit or banking problems can run a business like they need to.

Also, you should remember to not volunteer information about being listed in ChexSystems or Early Warning Services, needing second chance checking or any past banking problems you may have had. While you do not want to lie (they will find the truth), do not volunteer any information. Doing so could cause you to be denied when you may have otherwise been approved for a business checking account.
